Other things to note * NO PETS ALLOWED!!! * Day-only guests are charged $25/per person. * Additional Overnight guests are charged $75/per person over the 6-guest limit. * Quiet hours (10:30 PM - 8:00 AM) WORD Permit L1612 -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- WINTER HEATED POOL FAQ * Extra cost applies. $200 per 24 hours from midnight to midnight (or flat $250 for a two-night stay) * Charges for heating the pool will be billed separately before check-in * We require 24-hour notice before turning on the heater * Maximum pool temperature is 80 degrees, 15-20 degrees above the air temperature, or 20 degrees above the starting water temperature, whichever is less. * Under normal circumstances the water will increase by 1-2 degrees per hour, and on cold days it will be less, so on cold days it could take most of the day to reach the maximum temperature. If you are worried about the final temperature the pool might reach based on cold weather and starting water temperature, we are happy to cancel a full day of heating if you notify us before 8pm. We cannot make any refunds once the heating process has started short of any technical difficulties. * Under no circumstances should anyone but the host touch the pool equipment. Doing so is against our rules and is grounds for termination of your stay, without refund. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- PLEASE NOTE: MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE WHICH INCLUDES INFANTS, TODDLERS AND OUTSIDE GUESTS. September 2024This place was absolutely breathtaking! The view and pool alone is worth the stay. Myself and family wanted to get away for a quick weekend and we found Greg and Kerri’s place. When we got there we were absolutely taken aback by the backyard view. Taking a break from our daily routine and swimming and exploring around Canyon Lake was exactly what we needed. We were able to relax on the back porch and bbq. We lounged inside and watched scary movies and we were able to have a good nights sleep on the king bed upstairs. We absolutely plan on being back!
